Through complete silence, you will meet the freedom that is already within you as the True-Self.

Solstice and Equinox Meditation Celebrations

Solstice and Equinox Meditation Gatherings will include …….

  • One Hour Hatha Yoga Asana and Pranayama
  • One Hour Silent Meditation with intervals of Gong and Singing Bowl
  • Closing Ceremony with 10 AUMS and a Singing Circle for Oneness
    At the Closing Ceremony, we will sing 10 AUMS and a chorus of Simple Mantra
    and a song of Love for all to share.
