What is Jitai Chiyu (Self Body Healing) ?

自(Ji)= Self
体(Tai) = Body
治(Chi) = Healing
癒(Yu) = Relaxing

    to it’s right position by using the true energy within you,
    and switch our consciousness from what we can see
    into what we can not see, such as bones, muscles, veins, and the light within.
    In the end, you will be able to fix your body to the right position without physical movement.
